Welcome to The Old Kobold Pub Co.! By subscribing to our “T-Shirt of the Month” or using our website (https://theoldkoboldpub.co), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully—we’ve tried to keep the “legalese” to a minimum so you can get back to the tavern.
1. Subscription Services
The Old Kobold Pub Co. offers single purchase, and monthly and annual subscription plans. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method at the frequency associated with your chosen plan (one-time, monthly or yearly).
2. Cancellation Policy
We believe in freedom for all kobolds. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: To end your subscription, log in to your account at https://theoldkoboldpub.co/account/ and update your settings.
- Cut-Off Date: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel or update your account by the 20th of the current month. Changes made after this date will apply to the following billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed. Cancellation will prevent future charges.
- Annual Subscriptions: We offer a discount for those who commit to a full year of shirts. Because of this commitment, there are no refunds for partial annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, you will continue to receive your monthly shirts for the remainder of the paid term, but the subscription will not renew.
- Chargebacks: We are a small business and always happy to help. Initiating a bank chargeback without contacting our support team first is considered a breach of these terms and may result in the permanent suspension of your account and banning from future club membership.
4. T-Shirt Choices & Sizing
Each month, we provide options for our subscribers.
- Selection Window: You will receive an email to choose your preferred design. If you do not make a selection by the deadline stated in the email, we will send you the “Default” or “Featured” shirt of the month to ensure you don’t miss out.
- Sizing: Please refer to our [Link to Size Chart] before subscribing. It is the member’s responsibility to select the correct size. Size changes must be made in your account settings by the [Insert Day] of the month to take effect for the next shipment.
5. Shipping & Deliveries
We ship to the address provided in your account profile unless you have chosen the option to pick up at The Kobold Lounge in Oklahoma City. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is current. The Old Kobold Pub Co. is not responsible for shirts delivered to an old or incorrect address if it was not updated in your account prior to the monthly shipping deadline.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Because our shirts are printed specifically for our subscribers each month, we generally do not accept returns. However:
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your shirt arrives with a hole, a printing error, or is otherwise “mimic-bitten,” contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement.
- Size Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes are subject to inventory availability and will incur a shipping and restocking fee of $[Insert Amount].
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and “kobold-isms” on this site are the property of the artists that design for The Old Kobold Pub Co. They are for your personal enjoyment. Please don’t replicate our designs to sell at your own local bazaar—that’s just bad karma.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms as our tavern grows. We will notify you of any major changes via the email address associated with your account.
